We wanted to give you a run down again of what everything was in the box:

• Body: Tea (dandelion root tea, Jordi will explain), bath salts, oil

Letter from KD around the bath salts:
As I process grief, past trauma, and feeling outside of my body I find myself most calm by water. Creating a sanctuary in my home to reset my nervous system and ground me back into my body has been a game changer.

 I smudge my space and turn up the speakers to binaural beats or my favorite 90s throwback from my childhood. As the water fills my bathtub or foot soaking basin I rely on my favorite plant ally’s to assist me in this ceremony.

• Chamomile for grounding during a time of change

• Calendula to bring sun to dark places. Renewal. And an abundance of joy. It’s also makes the skin feel so soft.

• Rose Petals to help move stuck grief and bring the vibes. Your highest vibration.

• Oat Straw to nourish your nervous system and bring you back to yourself. Big Grandmother Energy here.

• Comfrey will bring ultimate protection and reduces inflammation 

• Epsom Salt to aid your body with Magnesium, Anxiety Relief, and Ease.

• Orange Peel to evoke joy.

• Set your intentions, take a deep breath, and Wade in The Water.
